  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, associated Apps, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics.

Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, or those of other companies in our group. From time to time, we may send email surveys for your feedback, in order to help us make our web site and services better.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, PayPal, Apple Pay, DPD or Asendia for shipping as appropriate, and SendInBlue for email marketing

Removal of data

In the instance that you request a deletion of your email address from our subscriber lists, please note that we will store this correspondence so that we have a record of this, as well as keep your email address in our mail system so that we know not to send you any emails in future. If you'd prefer that we remove all record of your address, with the understanding that we then have no way to ensure that we do not email you again should your address be somehow re-added back into our system, please let us know!

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at store@3dtotal.com to request deletion. 

If proof comes to the attention of the Company that an individual user is under the age of eighteen (18) years, and is accessing our services and/or products without the consent, approval or authorisation of their parents or legal guardian or other person with legally recognised parental authority, we will immediately terminate such account.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
