This book is worth it for the amazing art alone. pages and pages of beautiful, inspiring, high quality images with a wide variety of subject matter.
Great in depth explanations with examples and step by step guides. Very useful.
the only negative thing I have to say about this is that the back of the book was slightly damaged when it arrived :( despite that this book still gets 5/5 stars from me.Review by Casper(Posted on 22/03/2017)

Bought them all and learned a lot
Even though I am a professional illustrator for years and years I am always interested in the techniques of other artists. The books of the "Digital Painting" series always deliver very good insights!Review by Frank(Posted on 11/06/2012)
Received my own copy few weeks ago, covers a lot of painting subjects. Liked the steampunk parts, athough it's usually not my thing.
Very useful from rookies to intermediate in the CG world and not just 2D, 3D artists could get useful tips from this book.
Really looking forward to the fourth one coming out in september.Review by Alex(Posted on 09/05/2012)
